What is the purpose of giving an item and where and how will you distribute it?

Since there are so many promotional items, keeping these simple ideas in mind will help you narrow your focus of appropriate items.
Will your items be used for children 12 or under?
If the answer is yes, then you need some advice and expertise on how to meet the Consumer Product Safety Initiative Act. If you are in California, the Prop 65 Compliance Act needs to be considered as well. These are not issues you can discuss if you just order online. Don’t take a chance! What are you planning to spend?
The price and quality of promotional products can vary widely. Knowing the purpose and distribution method of the items can help you set a reasonable budget. We always recommend that you contact us for help with your general budget and items. We work with quality suppliers, that we call our MVP’s, and we often have special pricing available that isn’t posted or a blow-out special that just came across our computers. You want to spend enough to get a quality product that will not be tossed and forgotten. A legitimately useful, quality,item that will be used again and again is what we recommend. It gives you the most bang for your buck and is smart marketing.
When do you need your products?
Although this consideration is mentioned last, it is a top priority. Ordering 8 weeks or more before an event or occasion is not too soon. Many items can be secured in two to three weeks. Last minute orders often incur expensive rush charges, expedited shipping, and limit your options on items and decoration methods. However, we do have suppliers that offer 24 hour service for those occasional emergencies. You need time to get exactly what you want, and we need time to make that happen for you.
